fitness programmes, take part in Aquagym classes
in the pool, group or personalized gym

6 clay tennis courts, 3 of which are covered
with artificial lighting so they can also be
used in winter, 4 bowling greens, a ping-pong
table and a golf club, that is a few kilometres
away, complete the fitness offer.
POSTURAL GYMNASTICS: it is an effective and
lasting method that, through specific exercises,
aims at improving the alignment of your body in
space, your postures and their use, so as to
acquire the ability to control the body, to
improve muscle elasticity and the activity of
the postural muscles. Combining breathing
techniques, slow, gentle movements with
relaxation techniques, it enables you to unlock
muscle tension.
STRETCHING: it is an activity to help resolve
tensions, muscle and energy blocks through
stretching exercises designed to improve your
general flexibility, enabling you to perform
everyday movements and gestures in a fluid,
coordinated way, saving energy and reducing
tiredness. If these exercises are carried out in
thermal water, the results are just as
beneficial.
BACK SCHOOL: a lasting and effective method to
treat backache, lumbago, sciatica, vertebral and
cervical pain. It’s a theoretical and practical
course aimed at those who have a predisposition
to backache and those who want to prevent it!
It's a real school where you learn how to manage
your spine and "safeguard” it throughout
everyday activities with specific exercises for
prevention and motor re-education.
CARDIOFITNESS: the aim is to improve the
cardiovascular and respiratory system through
the use of specific equipment with a constant
monitoring of your heart rate.
